  personal training sessions in your home or office can help you maximize your time and you don't even have to hire a babysitter because I come to you!   I'll bring some fun equipment to use and design a personal program that addresses your needs. You can even share your class with a friend and have fun exercising together.

Learn how to start a home Yoga practice or to learn how to take your home practice to the next level. You'll develop perfect alignment and technique working one-on-one and you'll receive more feedback and personal attention than you would in a class. 

We can focus purely on postures (asanas) or explore a traditional Yoga practice that brings us to the direct experience of self observation, awareness and consciousness through moving meditation.

Train in principles of core strengthening, breath, alignment and stability.

Or combine both Yoga and Pilates for the best of both worlds.  Use Pilates to layer your Yoga to bringing more stability, stamina,  flexibility, balance and stress relief to your workout.

Private sessions are available by appointment in your place or at my studio. I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and PHI Certified Pilates Instructor. I also can be a personal coach and motivator for cardiovascular exercise such as running, walking etc..  I teach individuals and small groups the basics of Pilates, Yoga, breath,  meditation, ayurvedic medicine and other fundamentals of a daily practice and path towards health and wellness, body, mind and sprit.
